The Inside Cubicles ("we", "us") runs a coworking studio at F44, First Floor, Cosmos Square, Rustomjee Global City, Virar West, Vasai-Virar, Maharashtra 401303. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use www.theinsidecubicles.com or contact us.

What this website collects

The site sets no tracking cookies. It stores one preference in your browser (your light or dark theme choice), and that value never leaves your device.

Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without storing personal identifiers. It tells us how many people visited, not who they are.

What you send us

When you reach us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone, or email, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, contact number or email, and your message.

We use those details only to answer your enquiry, arrange visits, and manage bookings and billing. We never sell your information and never use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

The enquiry form is hosted on Google Forms, the map on this site is embedded from Google Maps, and the chat link opens WhatsApp. When you use any of them, that provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.

On the premises

The studio is covered by CCTV for the safety of members and equipment.

Billing documents such as quotations, invoices, and service agreements carry the details you give us at signup and are kept for accounting and legal record-keeping.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Member records are kept for the length of the membership plus the retention period Indian tax and company law requires.

Your choices

Write to enquiry@theinsidecubicles.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have us delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
