It is a short ride from Virar railway station and easy to reach from Virar East, Nallasopara East & West, Naigaon and Vasai, with direct Western-line trains toward Mumbai.

Plans start at ₹99 for a two-hour sitting. A Day Pass is ₹350, a week is ₹1,400, and a monthly dedicated desk is ₹4,000. Outspace for 2 is ₹7,500 a month and Outspace for 4 is ₹14,000 a month. Every price includes 18% GST. Weekends are not part of any desk or cabin plan and are charged separately.

You get a desk in an air-conditioned studio away from home distractions, two fibre lines (a 100 Mbps main line and a 40 Mbps backup) so a dropped connection does not cost you a trade, and a UPS plus generator so a power cut does not close your screen. Day shift is 8:00-20:00 and night shift is 20:00-8:00, every day. Start with a Day Pass at ₹350, or a Night Pass at ₹500. We provide the workspace only, not trading advice or tips.

Yes, pick the shift that matches your market. Day shift (8:00-20:00) suits Indian market hours for NSE and BSE equity, F&O and commodity trading. Night shift (20:00-8:00) suits crypto and US-market traders. Plans are priced per shift, so you pay only for the hours you trade. If you want a closed door for full focus, ask about a private cabin: ₹12,000 on the day shift or ₹15,000 at night for the whole cabin.

There are two fibre lines: a 100 Mbps main line and a 40 Mbps backup, so if one fails the other keeps you online. Monthly and team desks get a wired fibre port. Power is backed by a UPS plus a generator, so calls and uploads carry on through a power cut.

Yes. Our three conference rooms are private cabins you work from instead of an open desk, let by the month, each with its own AC and a door that locks. A cabin is taken whole, for up to two people: Cabin for 2 is ₹12,000 on the day shift or ₹15,000 at night. If one person works in it alone they pay ₹9,000 a month by day or ₹12,000 at night, and ₹3,000 more if a second person joins. Cabin for 4 is ₹24,000 on the day shift or ₹30,000 at night. Yes. The Two Hours plan is a trial sitting for ₹99, and a Day Pass is ₹350. You can also book a visit first through the enquiry form or on WhatsApp.

Monthly plans are refunded by the week you leave, counted from your joining date. Leave in the first week (days 1 to 7) and half of that month's fee is refunded; in the second week (days 8 to 14), a quarter; from the third week (day 15) onwards, nothing. The refund is worked out on the fee before GST, and the GST is not refunded. For example, a ₹4,000 desk (₹3,390 before GST) is refunded ₹1,695 in the first week and ₹847.50 in the second. Weekend access paid for the month follows the same rule; lockers are not refundable. The full terms are in the service agreement you sign when you join.
